NOTICE: If you receive a message on this site about "Your computer has DNS settings that mean you probably have the DNS changer malware"
This is a warning that your computer is probably infected with the popular malware that changes your DNS settings through your hosts file or other means to redirect search results to other web sites, as well as cause other problems.
The servers responsible for the malware have been confiscated and operated by the FBI for a while, but those servers will go offline in July, which means computers still infected with the malware won't be able to connect to sites on the internet after these FBI managed servers go offline.
This effort is at attempt to notify users still infected with the malware how to remedy the situation.

Some security enhancements and other very minor tweaks.

Update 11/09/2011 - Working on backend changes to make administration easier. One new feature that members might see is the return of the full date on message posts. It used to show messages dated with "2 months, 1 week, 3 days, 4 hours, 2 minutes ago", now it'll just give a summary like "2 months ago" as well as the actual timestamp of the message, local to your time zone.
Visit your profile to change your time zone so that message dates appear as your local time, and if you can also specify if you are currently in Daylight Savings Time.

Update 09/30/2011 - For Internet Explorer 7 users, a bug in the web site wasn't allowing certain css files to be processed correctly, and the SneakIt pages may have looked pretty sparse because of it.
I've fixed that problem, and will be fixing a few more display problems that I noticed with IE7 in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Fixed issue with multiple windows open, and weirdness happening when messages are posted.
Fixed issue with members not being able to delete their messages on the home page and or their "messages" page.
A few minor css tweaks and speed improvements.
Some backend changes to bring it up to speed with the front end.

Removed members' "favorite forum". It was causing a lot of confusion, and problems signing in.
Added more page number links to quickly be able to jump to pages in the past.
Improved list of messages for each forum, they now take up the whole page. A drop down list of forums (a' la eBay) is now available to select from, rather than the list of forums on the right. The list of forums still displays on every other page other than the forum view page.
Made some css speed improvements.

Bug Fixes
If you're a eBay chat forum regular, you're used to using certain HTML tags to post your messages.
For a couple of releases, the CENTER and FONT HTML tags weren't working correctly, they should be fixed now, and I've added accompanying bbcodes to complement them. You can now use any of these types of examples, try them out with the "preview" button, or post on the Testing Zong forum.

New confirmation boxes for logging off (for confirmation) and deleting a message (to make things more user friendly).
Smiley box has moved from hogging up so much real estate on the screen, to being a dialog box that pops up by clicking the "Smilies" button. This allowed some changes in the design that allows for a larger text area to enter a person's message.
Changed some CSS references on links that weren't able to be seen in some situations.
Improved the page number layout to be a little easier on the eyes.
Some back end improvements.
There is a small display bug with the pagination, or list of page numbers, it should be resolved shortly.

Replaced the confusing "Cat/Dog" Asirra Captcha interface with NuCaptcha. Should prevent a few headaches registering on the site, and using the Contact Page
Added the list of page number links to the bottom of the page, as well as the top, which should make it easier for people to get from one page to the next without a lot of scrolling.

Update 8/1/2011: A simple search function is now available on every page to logged in users. Enter a search phrase in the search box on the right, and click "go" to see the results. A new link also exists on members' profile page to search for references to their name. There is a bug with the "preview" button not working correctly. I'm currently looking into that.

I've added an image upload button underneath the smileys so that you can now upload an image to accompany your message. Click the button to choose a file from your local computer.
Images will automatically be resized to fit in your message. There will also be a small "SneakIt.com" watermark added to the bottom left corner of your image.
Images should be considered temporary, and will be removed once a week. This policy may change depending on storage space.
Other changes include: Better layout for 1024x768 users, help dialogs for some of the user profile preferences and registration page, performance enhancements, and better error message and notification templates.
