Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier's website to track your order in real-time. If you haven't received a tracking number 3 days after ordering, please contact our customer service.
To return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. Create a return in our return portal. Drop off the item at your nearest post office using the provided return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
We do not offer direct size exchanges. Please return the item following the return process and place a new order for the correct size. Your initial shipping cost will be refunded once we process your return.
