You can return unworn and originally packed sneakers within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the sneakers must be:

• New and unworn (a short trial run in a clean indoor space is acceptable).
• Returned with all accessories.
• Free from creases caused by bending the toebox.
• In the original, undamaged box.
• Double-boxed to avoid any possible damage during shipping.

 

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pack the Item and Include the Return Form

   • Print the return form.
   • Place the sneakers, including the return form, in the package.
   • Ensure the return is packed securely to prevent damage during transport.
   • Including the return form is crucial for identifying your return. Returns without the form may be difficult or impossible to match to an order, causing significant delays in your refund.
     
     

2. Send the Return

3. Receive Your Refund
   
   The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days after we have received and checked your return via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take longer or shorter for the amount to actually reach you.
