Accuracy of Information

Before placing an order, please ensure that your shipping, contact, billing, and payment information are accurate. Your billing information must match the details on file with your bank.

Address Changes

Please note that Sneakit cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is €20 within the entire European Union. There are no customs fees or additional charges.

Shipping Times

If you order before 3 p.m. your order will be dispatched on the same day! Otherwise it will leave our warehouse the next day. Delivery to your doorstep will occur within 1-3 business days after shipping. You will receive a notification and email the night before to inform you of the next day's delivery. You can use the tracking feature to request delivery at another time, have the order delivered to a neighbor, or forward it to a local post office or UPS store for pickup.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

Undeliverable Items

If your order is returned as undeliverable, the order will be cancelled, and the payment will be refunded.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to fraud screening, which may cause a delay in processing. We may require additional information to verify your purchase. Until you receive final confirmation of your purchase, please check your email and respond to all verification requests. During the review process, your account may be suspended until the review is complete.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• You cannot cancel a purchase once the item has been delivered.

Sneakit-Initiated Cancellations:

• If your order is cancelled before payment has been charged, you may see a pending authorization on your payment method, which will disappear after a few days. You will not be charged for the order.
• If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, we will refund the amount you paid for the item(s) to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) for your bank to fully process the refund.
