Welcome to the return of the icon - the Nike Air Max 97! Celebrating 25 years of its iconic design, this shoe once again conquers the streets with its futuristic look. Originally designed in 1997 by Christian Tresser, the shoe's design is based on the sleek and dynamic structure of the Japanese Shinkansen, also known as "Bullet Trains".
One of the most striking features of the Nike Air Max 97 is the almost continuous (visible) Air Bubble, which gives the shoe excellent cushioning while providing a striking look. The golden monochrome upper and streamlined design also contribute to the futuristic aesthetic of the shoe. The Air Max 97 was already ready for the new millennium and its design remains contemporary today.
