How do I return an item?

You can return unworn and originally packed sneakers within 14 days. The sneakers must be returned new, unworn (a short trial run in a clean indoor space is of course fine), including all accessories, without creases caused by bending the toebox of the sneakers and in the original, undamaged box. Please be sure to double-box your return when shipping to avoid any possible damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return label at the moment. We are already working on a suitable solution for the future.
Here are the return shipping instructions:
  1. Pack the item and place the return form in the package

    To return your order, please print and fill out the return form. It is attached to your order confirmation. Put the sneakers including the return form in the package and pack your return in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport. It is very important that you include the return form, as we need this to identify your return. Returns without the return form can be difficult or impossible to match to an order, which can result in a significant delay in your refund.
  2. Post your return

    Send your package at your own expense by post or any other preferred carrier to our returns address. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

  3. Receive your refund

    The purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of us receiving and checking your return. Please note that depending on the payment method, there may be longer or shorter waiting times until the amount is actually received by you.
