How can I sell on Sneakit?
To ensure quality and authenticity of the items, we only allow a select group of sellers. When you create an account, we need to be able to verify your bank details and identity (phone verification).
Can I create more than one seller account?
Each user is allowed to create only one seller account. Users who have created more than one seller account may be excluded from selling.
How can I list items for sale?
After you created your account, you can tap the "New Listing" button to post your items. Start by searching for the SKU found on the packaging or inside the item, enter the size and desired price, and accept our terms to complete your listing. You may only post brand new, original products.
How can I edit my listing?
Tap the "Listings" button and then tap "Edit" to change the price. Please make sure to save your changes. The displayed price is equal to your payout.
My offer was accepted, now what?
Congratulations! First, download your label and package your sneakers securely. We will send you a prepaid and pre-addressed shipping label. Each shipping label includes a tracking number associated with the order, which we can use to track the shipment.
Remember that items must be shipped in brand new condition. If the condition is not brand new, we will reject your product.
Can I cancel my sale?
You cannot cancel your sale.
How do I ship the sold items to Sneakit?
Once you receive the prepaid shipping label, follow the instructions below and drop it off at the courier indicated on the prepaid shipping label within 3 business days (Monday through Saturday) of placing your order.
Pack each shoe box separately in a large enough box with bubble wrap or packing paper to ensure the item is safe. Please do not ship items in just one shoebox.
Use the prepaid shipping label provided for that particular sale. This will ensure that your transaction is processed properly without delay. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for each item you sell. If you do not use the prepaid shipping label provided by Sneakit, Sneakit will not be liable for any lost, missing or damaged items.
You must ship each sale made through Sneakit separately. This means that each individual shoe box must be packed in a separate box and labeled with the shipping label provided for that particular sale. If you put additional items or shoes (even if they are listed under your account but not sold) or anything else in a shipping box other than the item that matches the prepaid shipping label in the shipping container, you may be disqualified from the sale. We are not responsible for any items or shoes you place in the shipping box other than the items specified on the shipping label.
Remove all hazard warnings, labels and stickers from the shipping box to avoid unnecessary delays.
Drop off the package to the courier service indicated on the prepaid shipping label within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after placing the order. Please drop off the packages at the branch indicated by the courier service to ensure that the tracking is updated in time. Once the package is dropped off and scanned by the courier, you have successfully shipped your product. Sneakit is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items that do not leave the drop-off location according to the tracking number.
You must ship from a location within the country/region specified in your return address. For example, if your return address is in Germany, your package must come from Germany. Your package cannot come from Poland if your address is in Germany. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any customs fees or lost goods.
Items returned to the seller for any reason will only be sent to the return address listed in your profile at the time the return is processed.
If you do not use the prepaid shipping label provided by Sneakit, Sneakit is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items. Sneakit is not responsible for items that are not shipped in strict compliance with the above guidelines.
How do I receive my prepaid shipping label?
Your prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label will be emailed to you once you sell an item. Please use this to avoid tracking errors and revenue delays.
I accidentally shipped the wrong item
Please make sure you only put items in the shipping box that you sold to Sneakit. We are not responsible for items you send to us that are not related to the order listed on the shipping label.
What happens if I send fakes?
If you send us items that we, in our sole and reasonable discretion, determine to be fake or unsellable, you will have the option of having the items returned to you or having us dispose of them. If you choose to return the items, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notification that your items are not genuine or unsaleable, or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will dispose of the items at our discretion.
Why has my seller account been suspended?
We ban sellers who (i) repeatedly try to sell fake items, (ii) have more than one seller account, (iii) do not follow shipping instructions. If you feel that your seller account has been mistakenly banned, please contact us.
If you send items to us that do not match the description you provided (e.g. wrong size, SKU, used), we will notify you and you will have the option to have the item(s) returned to you or disposed of by us. If you choose to return the item(s), we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.
